Thanks to everyone who came out for Tuesday’s meeting! We had a great discussion about the proposed amendments to the city charter that will appear on the next ballot. With so many important issues on the ballot this November, we’re compiling election resources for Rocky River residents, including an issue breakdown and ballot guide. We’ll be sharing those resources soon by email and on our website.
Special thanks to our guest speaker, Patrick Kearns from ReSource Cleveland. His organization is doing important grassroots work to help immigrants in Cuyahoga County find the support they need to establish themselves in this country despite the confusion and funding cuts resulting from federal policies.
