Tuesday, October 15: Next Democratic Presidential debate.
The Rocky River Democrats thank the excellent speakers who shared their time and expertise to address “Solutions for the Crisis of Drug Addiction” on September 24th.
They are: Matthew Vanyo, Olmsted Township Police Chief and Chairman, Safe Passages Advisory Committee; Beth Zietlow-Dejesus, Director of External Affairs, The Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Cuyahoga County; Molly Smith, Probation Department, Rocky River Municipal Court; and Barbara Folds, Health Care Professional and Advocate.
If you, a family member, or friend are in need of treatment for drug addiction, there are a variety of comprehensive services available. Two very helpful points of contact are:
- ADAMHS Hotline at 216-623-6888 or for more information, visit: www.adamhscc.org
- Safe Passages Program (help through treatment rather than arrest). The following number, 440-235-3335, is to the Olmsted Township Police, and they can provide referral to other cities, or for more information, visit: http://olmstedtownship.org/police/safe-passages-program/
You or someone you love are not alone. Help is available.
