Citizens Not Politicians
Cynthia White, the Bay Village LWV Chair, gave us a great presentation on the Citizens Not Politicians initiative that will help us achieve FAIR districts, this past Tuesday! Please watch our recorded meeting HERE if you missed it!
They need your help! Go to Fair Districts Ohio HERE to learn more about the initiative and learn how you can help gather signatures prior to the June filing deadline! You’ll need to sign up for short training, which you can do HERE, and then volunteer to help add names to the petitions!
Our next meeting will be Tuesday March 26th at the Rocky River Public Library and on Zoom, 6:30pm social time, 7:00pm meeting start–Speakers to be announced soon!

Our friends at the Rocky River Green Team are holding their next meeting on March 6th at 7pm at the Rocky River Library–they will great speakers from the Ohio Native Plants Nursery, as well as Kathryn Kerber, the RR Director of Planning and Community Development–please attend if you can!! Also consider attending this online lecture recommended by the Green Team on Plastics and Climate Change on March 14th at 7pm–register HERE!!

As a club, we are not endorsing any candidate for the March primary, as the Cuyahoga County Democratic Party Executive Committee voted not to endorse any one candidate. However, we want to ensure that our members have the opportunity to be educated on both candidates.
