Westshore Dems Meeting
Friday night was a great evening as we gathered with the Bay Village, Westlake, Fairview Park and North Olmsted Dems groups. We heard from special guests including Sherrod Brown, David Pepper, Brian Poindexter, and many local candidates and leaders. The room was full of energy, enthusiasm, and optimism. and was a great way to kick off these last 2 months before the midterms. As David Pepper said, we have less than 67 (now 60 days) until the election – it’s time to get to work!
Join the Rocky River Green Team
Want to help make Rocky River a more sustainable community? The Rocky River Green Team is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to building a more sustainable community through collaboration, education, and innovative initiatives. Join their first meeting of the year on Wed., Sept. 9 at 7p.m. Industry expert Neil Singh will join us to discuss AI, data centers and how they are impacting our communities.

National Voter Registration Day – September 15
September 15 is the day to remind friends and family that the deadline to register to vote in the November 3 Midterms is Monday, October 5! Early voting begins October 6. Urge everyone you know to make a voting plan! EVERY VOTE MATTERS!

Midterm Election Perspective: League of Women Voters
Want to get a non-partisan understanding of the state and local issues up for vote in the Midterms? The Cleveland League of Women Voters will be analyzing and explaining these issues so we can all be more informed voters in the election. This event is live but can also be joined by zoom.

Mobilize the Vote NEO is dedicated to activating voters for this year’s midterm election around the Cleveland area- at protests, community events, knocking doors in senior citizen apartment buildings.
